eSIM Compatibility

Before purchasing, you are responsible for confirming that your device supports eSIM technology and is unlocked for use with other networks.

Device compatibility may vary by model, region, carrier, and software version.

Order & Payment

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Please provide an accurate and accessible email address during checkout.

The email address provided with the order is used to deliver your eSIM information and activation instructions.

Digital eSIM Delivery

RomexaEsim provides digital eSIM delivery. No physical SIM card will be shipped.

After payment is confirmed, your eSIM details, QR activation code, and installation instructions are delivered to the email address used for your order.

Important: Please check your inbox, spam, junk, or promotional folders if you do not see the delivery email.

eSIM Installation & Activation

Your delivery email contains the QR code and relevant installation information required to set up your eSIM.

Connect your device to a stable Wi-Fi or internet connection.
Open your device's mobile or cellular settings and select the option to add an eSIM.
Scan the RomexaEsim QR code displayed in your delivery email using another screen or a printed copy.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the eSIM installation.
At your destination, enable the purchased eSIM line and configure mobile data according to the product instructions.
Enable data roaming when required by the specific eSIM plan.

Activation timing depends on the individual eSIM plan. Some plans begin when the eSIM connects to a supported network, while others may begin upon installation. Always review the product information before installation.

QR Code & eSIM Security

An eSIM QR code may be intended for a single installation. Keep your QR code and activation details private and do not share them publicly or with unauthorized persons.

RomexaEsim is not responsible for issues caused by unauthorized sharing, misuse, or incorrect installation of the provided eSIM.

Service Availability

eSIM connectivity depends on the available mobile networks and coverage of the selected plan. Network availability, speed, and performance may vary by destination and local network conditions.

RomexaEsim does not guarantee uninterrupted service in every location.

Customer Responsibility

Provide correct order and email information.
Confirm device compatibility before purchase.
Follow the supplied installation and activation instructions.
Use the eSIM only for lawful purposes.
Protect the delivered QR code and activation information.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellation requests are handled according to the RomexaEsim Refund Policy.
