How Your eSIM Works
After your payment is confirmed, your eSIM details, QR activation code, and installation instructions are delivered digitally to your paid order email address. No physical SIM card is shipped.

Before You Install

Check eSIM Compatibility
Make sure your smartphone supports eSIM and is not carrier-locked. Check your device specifications before purchasing or installing an eSIM.

Use a Stable Connection
Connect your device to reliable Wi-Fi or another stable internet connection before starting the eSIM installation.

Keep Your QR Code Safe
Your QR activation code is linked to your eSIM. Keep it private and do not share it with other people.

Check Your Plan
Review your destination, data allowance, validity period, activation conditions, and supported network before installation.

How to Install Your eSIM
iPhone
Install with your RomexaEsim QR code
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap Cellular or Mobile Data.
- Select Add eSIM or Add Cellular Plan.
- Select the option to use a QR Code.
- Scan the QR code received from RomexaEsim.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete installation.
- Choose the eSIM as your mobile data line when you are ready to use it.
- Enable Data Roaming if required by your selected plan.
Android
Menu names may vary by device
- Open Settings on your Android device.
- Open Network & Internet, Connections, or the mobile network settings.
- Select SIMs, SIM Manager, or Add eSIM.
- Select the option to download or scan an eSIM QR code.
- Scan the QR code received from RomexaEsim.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to download the eSIM.
- Select the eSIM for mobile data when you are ready to use it.
- Enable Data Roaming if required by your selected plan.

How to Activate Your eSIM

Install Before Travel
Install your eSIM while you have a stable internet connection. Follow the activation instructions included in your delivery email.

Arrive at Your Destination
Turn on the RomexaEsim line and select it for mobile data when you are ready to connect to the supported local network.

Enable Data Roaming
If your eSIM plan requires data roaming, enable it for the RomexaEsim line. Do not enable roaming on another line unless needed.

Check Your Connection
Wait for the device to connect to a supported network. Open a website or app to confirm that mobile data is working.

eSIM Delivery by Email
Complete Your Order
Choose your eSIM plan and complete the payment process.
Payment Confirmation
Your order is processed after successful payment confirmation.
Check Your Email
Your eSIM details, QR code, and installation guide are sent to your paid order email address.
Install & Activate
Scan the QR code, complete installation, and activate the eSIM according to the plan instructions.
Important
Do not delete your eSIM after installation unless you are sure it is no longer needed. Some eSIM QR codes may have limited installation or reuse conditions. If you experience a connection issue, contact support before deleting the eSIM.
