RomexaEsim currently prioritizes PayPal for secure online payments.

Secure Checkout

Payments are processed through the selected payment provider. Please review your eSIM plan, destination, validity period, data allowance, and billing email before completing your order.

RomexaEsim does not request or store your PayPal password or full payment credentials.

Payment Confirmation

Your order is processed after payment has been successfully confirmed. An order confirmation may be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please make sure your billing email is correct so your eSIM delivery is not delayed.

eSIM Activation Guide

After receiving your eSIM email, follow these general steps:

1. Connect your device to a stable Wi-Fi or internet connection.
2. Open your device's mobile or cellular settings.
3. Select the option to add or install an eSIM.
4. Scan the QR activation code provided in your RomexaEsim email.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete installation.
6. Enable the eSIM line and mobile data when you are ready to use the plan.
7. Enable data roaming if it is required by your selected eSIM plan.

Activation behavior may vary depending on the eSIM plan, destination network, device, and activation requirements.

Payment Issues

If your payment is declined, pending, reversed, or unsuccessful, please check your payment provider account and try again.

Do not place duplicate orders if you are unsure whether a payment was completed. Check your email and order status first.

Incorrect Billing Email

The email address entered during checkout is used for digital eSIM delivery. If you entered an incorrect email address, contact RomexaEsim support as soon as possible with your order details.

Refunds & Payment Reversals

Refund eligibility for eSIM purchases is handled according to the RomexaEsim Refund Policy.

Because eSIMs are digital products, installation, activation, QR code usage, or data usage may affect refund eligibility.

Payment Security

Please keep your payment account, order confirmation, eSIM QR code, and activation information secure. Do not share your QR code with other people after receiving it.

RomexaEsim may retain relevant order and delivery records to process orders, provide support, and verify digital delivery when required.
