Delivery Policy

RomexaEsim provides fast and convenient digital eSIM delivery by email. Your eSIM QR code and activation instructions are sent directly to the email address used during checkout.

Digital eSIM Delivery

All RomexaEsim eSIM products are delivered digitally. No physical SIM card, package, or postal delivery is required.

After successful payment confirmation, your eSIM information is sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Your delivery includes: eSIM QR activation code, relevant plan information, and installation instructions to help you set up your eSIM.

Delivery Time

Orders are normally processed shortly after successful payment confirmation.

In most cases, the eSIM delivery email is sent within a few minutes. Additional processing time may be required for payment verification, technical processing, or temporary system delays.

Where Your eSIM Is Sent

Your eSIM is delivered to the email address entered during checkout.

Please make sure your email address is correct and accessible before completing your purchase.

Important: We do not deliver eSIM QR codes by physical mail.

What to Do After Your Purchase

1 Check Your Email

Open the email address used during checkout and look for your RomexaEsim order and eSIM delivery email.

2 Check Spam or Junk

If you cannot find the delivery email, check your Spam, Junk, Promotions, or other filtered folders.

3 Open Your eSIM Details

Open the delivery email and locate your QR activation code and the provided installation instructions.

4 Prepare Your Device

Make sure your phone supports eSIM technology, is carrier-unlocked where required, and has an internet connection during installation.

How to Install Your eSIM

1 Connect to Wi-Fi

Connect your phone to a stable Wi-Fi or internet connection before starting the installation.

2 Open Mobile Settings

Go to your device's Cellular, Mobile Data, or SIM settings and choose the option to add or install an eSIM.

3 Scan the QR Code

Scan the RomexaEsim QR code included in your delivery email. If your device supports direct QR scanning from email, follow the on-screen option provided by your device.

4 Complete Installation

Follow the on-screen instructions until the eSIM profile has been successfully added to your device.

5 Activate When Required

At your destination, enable the eSIM line and mobile data. Turn on data roaming when required by your selected eSIM plan.

Activation & Validity

Activation and validity rules may vary between eSIM plans.

Some plans may begin when the eSIM connects to a supported network, while other plans may start at installation or another specified activation point.

Please review the product details and activation instructions before installing your eSIM.

Protect Your QR Code

Your QR code and activation information should be treated as private order information.

Do not share, publish, or forward your QR code to unauthorized persons. Some eSIM profiles may only be installed once or may be linked to a specific device.

If You Do Not Receive Your eSIM

First, confirm that your payment was successfully completed and check your Inbox, Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders.

If the delivery email is still missing, contact RomexaEsim support with your order number and the email address used for the purchase.

Incorrect Email Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible email address during checkout.

If you entered an incorrect email address, contact support as soon as possible. Additional verification may be required before eSIM information can be resent.

Delivery & Refund Policy

Digital delivery and refund eligibility are separate matters. Receiving an eSIM email does not necessarily mean the eSIM has been installed or activated.

Refund requests are handled according to the RomexaEsim Refund Policy, including applicable conditions relating to eSIM installation, activation, usage, device compatibility, and verified service issues.
